What’s the deal?Mike: Drums are really my first instrument! I started playing piano quite young, but it was drums that first captivated me and gave me a connection to music beyond listening. It’s been amazing to play keys in other projects too of course.SDM: How long was Regal in the works as an idea, before putting pen to paper?Mike: Dom and Mike (Young) had been discussing working together on a new direction for Dom anda proper writing outlet for Mike, and at the same time Dave and I have always been looking to work together musically.
