Not only is Jeffery Woods a great friend of mine,he happens to make some quality drums as well. I’m endorsed with Pearl Drums and they are my ‘go to’ for drums BUT I love collecting quality gear on the side. My 13” x 8” Woods Custom Snare Drumis a beautiful handcrafted drum made from Birch wood. I’ve always wanted a Birch snare drum that was deep in depth yet still had some crack to it, along with great body. The tones I can get out of this drum are really impressive. It’s not a one trick pony. I can tune this to a higher pitch right down to a lower pitch and tunings in between and it sounds amazing. The name of the game for me is versatility. I look for that in all the gear I use. Woods Custom Drums accomplished that versatility and knocked this Snare Drum out of the park for me!
