As much as I love real drums, I use the full arsenal of drum plugs in my DAW for both writing, pre-pro and drum replacement.I demo’d Eyal’s pack in Both Kontakt and Trigger 2.First I opened it in Kontakt and routed some midi to the plug in a session I already had running. Let me Just say the User interface is great! I dove right in,loaded a kit and started checking out the direct drum and cymbal tones and they sounded pretty great without any tweaking. But this is where the fun starts because each drum or cymbal parameter is labeled in real world engineering terms. For Example:Kik parameters: Direct/Thud/Beef/Sub/Dirt/OH/ Room.Snare parameters: Direct/Splat/BTM/Verb/OH/ LengthTo achieve these types of options in some other drum plugs is a painstaking process of bussing out of the plug, routing and inserts, but its all right there on 5 faders for each drum and the results really allow for a wide range of sonic variation.Once I dialed it in a kit it sounded great to me. Very usable and fun UI to use for anyone.Next I imported the sounds into Trigger 2 and started using the samples for sound replacement. I have all the popular kit packs and these samples held up against any of them for sure.If your a Kontakt or Trigger user, picking this up is a no brainer, a great tool with many uses. I’ll be using it for sure. Thanks Eyal great work man!CLICK BELOW TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS SOFTWARE, AND LINKS TO PURCHASE!LEARN MORE HERE!
