Stu Block has breathed new life into Iced Earth. They've been extremely stagnant since The Glorious Burden, and Dystopia is just a great, legitimately entertaining metal record. It's classic, old styled Iced Earth, and Stu's helium high falsettos and intermittent harsh vocals add a new dynamic to the vocals on the album.
