Corrosive Recordings was started back in 2001 by Eric Fernald. It was not meant to be a label. The name was created specifically to release the "Nasty Habits Live On WERS" CD. A compilation of all live in studio tracks recorded at WERS Boston over the years Eric hosted the Metal/Hardcore radio show. He booked bands to play live all the time, never thinking they would become as popular as they are today. Aggressive music was not getting the kind of exposure in early 2000 as it is now. 

Currently Eric works as Label Manager at Lumberjack Mordam Music Group (Lumberjack Distribution + Mordam Records) and decided to use his knowledge of the music industry and available resources to build young bands and hopefully build Corrosive into a strong label over the next few years. The label has grown tremendously over the past year and is only expected to continue.  Out Now: God Forbid Limited Die-Cut LP with bonus track, Die Alone Full Length, The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza Full Length, Year Of Desolation Full Length, Harlots - "This Is The Second Death", Veil Of Maya - "All Things Set Aside", The Concubine - "Abaddon", and Nasty Habits Live on WERS Compilation.  New stuff in the works as always and new Harlots full length coming soon.
