| Gojira To Open For Metallica |

Gojira have confirmed their exclusive upcoming live date as an opener to Metallica's only French show on Thursday the 14th of August in Arras (North of France). Metallica have not played in France since their latest appearance at the Parc des Princes in 2004 and 25 000 people are expected. This will also be Gojira's only live date since their North American tour in November 2007.
The band is absolutely delighted to be sharing the stage with the masters as they expressed: " We're all big fans of the band and grew up as musicians by listening to their classic albums also, it was a major news for us to be added on the bill. We feel it's another achievement for us and we're truly honored". Gojira's set may offer a few unexpected surprises . Be there on time! Gojira will join In Flames on their European tour in October as their main support act, and sharing the bill with Sonic Syndicate.
