We go in to record our third studio album for Lifeforce Records, following our last release ‘Desolation’, on the 10^Th of December at Rape of Harmonies studio in Triptis in East Germany. We hope for it to be finished in 10 days of hard grinding. The new stuff is way faster and far more complex than anything we have done before but there is still a load of crushing groove stuff in there as always! I’ve really pushed myself on the drum parts for this album with speed and independence and some of the chops have driven me mental!!! It’s been a hard year this year with tour after tour being cancelled for one reason or another and 3 line up changes in 6 months and I think that frustration and anger is going to come out on the album!! At the moment we are looking at a late March release date so keep ‘em peeled! - Phil / Burning Skies
