Germany’s Obscura have announced their first-ever North American tour, touring in support of their upcoming Relapse debut Cosmogenesis. Obscura will spend the month of April on tour with Cannibal Corpse, The Faceless and Neuraxis throughout much of the U.S. and Canada. A listing of confirmed tour dates and cities can be found below with more details to be announced soon.

Obscura have recently posted a fourth preview track, the title track “Cosmogenesis”, from the forthcoming album. “Cosmogenesis” can be heard online now via the band’s official MySpace: MySpace.com/RealmOfObscura along with “Incarnated”, “Anticosmic Overload”, and “Universe Momentum”. Cosmogenesis will see its North American release on February 17th, 2009 (March 2nd internationally). Additional release information and album artwork can be found here
