This bums me out...i was supposed to see him at LA Murderfest

Oh well i saw him once with Today is the Day, did an absolutely amazing drum solo

Just so everyone knows, Steve made good on the arrangement...

Did he really Ian? If you read to the end of that thread on Derek's forum he seems to feel like he got gipped out of some money. Could have read it wrong though.

Hope i didnt cause any confusion or start any drama, only reason i posted it was because i know most on here are fans of Derek and were looking forward to seeing them on the upcoming tour.

Either way i wish both parties nothing but the best. I'm stoked i got to see them when i did (Tim Yeung was at the show as well hanging out).

Really curious to see what Roddy's next move is.

Steve made an agreement and arrangements to pay me over 1 month ago and I haven't even gotten a phone call, e mail...money or kiss my ass from Him!!!!!!! NOTHING.

I would say that anybody that is considering signing to Super Nova or Jamming with Steve Austin to PROCEED CAUTIOUSLY!!!!

He has proven and shown "what" he is.

Would YOU want to be in a band or on a label with this type of person?

Until this is settled.... he is what he is.

I just hope one of these days Derek can find a band he can stick in long term that he can make a few bucks with as well
