hello guys i'm akbar from Indonesia,i'm still 17 years old and i have band called "REVENGE" from jakarta indonesia
you can take a look to my drumming style,i havent record a tape yet,but soon i will make it,hope i can be the first indonesian metal drummer in sick drummer
he's the best drummer in the world in my opinion... there's too many death / core drummers on this site. Black metal is superior music...death is cool and brutal and stuff, but the song-writing sucks compared to a lot of modern BM bands imo.
also the new drummer for dark funeral is Nils Fjellström aka 'dominator' is also amazing. www.myspace.com/darkfuneral

EDIT: Ray was already interviewed in issue #4, just didn't see him in the sick drummers section ... stupid me. Oh well, watch the vid anyway, Ray is amazing!
I think Ray Luzier should be interviewed.
Yeah, he's primarily a rock drummer but hear me out ... he's with Korn now (if you didn't know) and can tear it up as well as anyone.
Check this video out. An amazing performance, and he blasts at 3:22 just for the hell of it.
He's creative and energetic, but most of all you can tell he loves playing. He's been a huge influence on me. I played guitar for 8 years, and seeing Ray perform with Army of Anyone made me rethink the role drums play in music and inspired me to start drumming. If you haven't seen Korn with Ray, check them out next time they're around ... you'll thank me.
