I was at the BDM show the other day and I was watching Shannon pack up his gear, I noticed he had an alesis dm5 module in a touring rack along with one or two other devices. does anybody know what else he was using? he had such a killer kick sound...it cut right through no problem.

you can go on youtube and type in the black dhalia murder zune and watch part 3 he says what he has but i think its just hus signal spliter fot the triggers and his monitors

Makes sense with the signal splitter.

I was listening to Mike Smith (Suffocation) Sickdrummer Podcast and he also uses triggers for monitoring BUT only the kicks actually make to the FRONT-OF-HOUSE mix.
