What new albums are you guys looking forward to this year? What has come out already that has just blown your mind?
Lets hear it! This is one that everyone can participate in.
Personally I cannot wait for new Keep of Kalessin, and so far the Arsis album has been bad ass.

I'm looking forward to the new Whitechapel album and aren't The Faceless writing a new album? I'll be looking for that one too.

I dig the new Arsis as well.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the new Opeth. Every friend i have says you have to listen to it a few times and it grows on you but it really hasn't yet on me. New Testament is pretty cool, I'm looking forward to the new Evergrey and Scar Symmetry albums. Origin's new one is killer.
I think the album i'm looking forward to most is the Cynic one to be honest. But this is all just off the top of my head so far.

Yeah, I still haven't listened to new origin all the way through.
I agree about Opeth...still hasn't grown on me.
Heh...I think Immortal started rumors about another album this year...not sure if we have any black metal fans on here, but that makes me pretty excited!

New Arsis and Belphegor have been quite the records.
I understand the whole Opeth thing too, it's funny cause their musical direction is backwards to the way my musical tastes evolved.
Satyricon and Amon Amarth are my two most anticipated on top of it all though.
