hello people!
lets talk about time of practice....
when you practice you do a lot of hours or just few ones??
and when you play what you practice? tecnical moves or songs or just a lot of rithyms??

i try to do a little bit of eveything and i dont play more than 1h30m or 2h....i just don´t have more time

I read some research telling that to master some skills you have to practice 10.000 hours...

So if you practice 8 hours a day... it will take about 5 years...4 hours a day... 10 years
2 h - 20 years and so on...

Generaly I divide my practice into parts...

The first part I do some tecnical warm up like singlestrokes, double strokes.
then I practice endurance for about 30-50 minutes with the double bass...

Then I practice some rest(pause) in the double bass and some coordination

If I want to practice some groove, here it will be

Go to speed up control

And finally interdependence...

But for some reason, i juist like to sit down with a music in my head and start playing on top od that... Generally it become something completelly diferent...
