hi, I ordered a brick of Nylon tip 5Bs this past March, and still haven't recieved them. I've used the online email form on the website several times and had no response. Also, the phone number provided is out of service.

the payment went through on my mastercard, since then, I haven't heard a thing on the status of my order.

can anyone help me?
