Suspyre, a progressive metal band out of New Jersey, is seeking a new double bass drummer. They are signed to Sensory Records.
Applicants MUST possess the following:
1. A demonstrated ability to play with impeccable timing and accuracy. Knowledge of music theory is a plus.
2. Confidence in themselves but also a willingness to be a team player.
3. Proficiency in playing songs with odd time signatures. Double bass pedal speeds up to 190.
4. Residency in the United States' East Coast (NJ/PA/NY residency is preferred).
5. At least 18 years old. Preferably between the ages of 20 - 30 since the band is relatively young.
6. A flexible work schedule, since should you land the gig you will be asked to do occasional touring with the band and weekend recording sessions.
