Does anyone on here use one? I've had one sitting around for awhile, the band I'm in currently doesn't really need it.
--------------------------------------------------------
I want to know how I can set it up to have level volume on the kick sounds. I know e-kits on axis obviously only have 1 volume, but it seems like people who trigger the actual drum have the "one volume" thing going on too. Id probably be using the DDRUM trigger hooked into an Alesis DM5. Any advice?

Your module might be setup in some velocity sensitive mode (where a light hit is played with a low volume sample and a hard hit is played with a normal/higher volume sample. Then you want to turn that off, or turn up the velocity sensitiveness all the way up so that every hit is the same.

Ah, I think that is the "Vcurve" setting. Sweet thanks!

i use a roland td-12 but i would say it might be similar, there should be some way to adjust the trigger sensitivity to max whatever that number may be (32 on td-12). If your trigger sensitivity is set to max, no matter how hard you hit the drum, it will be at it's maximum volume. this is also a drawback seeing as how it will make the trigger more sensitive ro sound/vibrations from other drums or instruments.

Heh, the sensitivity might not be good. I play on loud stages alot O.o

You probably need to tighten the bass drum head alot, and then muffle it alot to get accurate hits right?
