I was just wondering if anybody uses the kick port. Is it worth picking up?

I bought one a month ago. Well, it´s definitely an useful gimmick. Your bass drum sounds a lot fatter and get more low frequencies. I just have to mention that it´s more useful when you´re also involved in other types of music genres like rock, funk, fusion etc. . When you´re playing death metal a trigger and module should be the wiser choice. Of course it´s up to yourself what sounds and works best for you.
