Hey, I've heard alot of good stuff about both pedals aswell. To really get a good answer to your question is just to try both pedals out. Maybe in your local musicstore. If you don't have that opportunity, you should talk to Mike Morgan. He is a Trick endorsee and founder of the United Groove Workers Forum. He once posted some very interesting stuff on the demondrive vs trick topic. (it's not called that way, but that was the topic of the thread.)

As a trickendorsee, you could, however, find his opinion biast, so you may wanna hear the other side of the story from someone who has experience with the DD.
